Yobe state Governor Ibrahim Geidam has approved the recruitment of 158 medical consultants, medical officers, nurses and other professionals for the new Hospital in Damaturu.
The hospital will roll out clinical services in the first quarter of 2017.
Further recruitment of medical personnel is still ongoing as the State Government has scaled up its investments in the health sector to make access to care easy and affordable for the people of the state.
