The Department of State Services has sent a delegation to the Federal High Court, Abuja, to apologise for their invasion of the court as Omoyele Sowore appeared before the judge.
This is coming few hours after the lead counsel to Mr Sowore rebuffed the earlier statement by the DSS that Mr Sowore’s rearrest was stage managed by his supporters.
Mr Falana who spoke to TVC News said the allegation is false and he challenged the DSS to come out with a proof of their accusations.
