A civil rights organisation, Transition Monitoring Group, has congratulated the Independent National Electoral Commission for the successful conduct of the governorship election, describing it as “generally well executed.”
Speaking in Akure on Sunday, TMG head of Communication attributed INEC’s success at the just concluded election in Ondo to effective planning and constant review of the commission’s mode of operation.
TMG, however charged the commission to address issues raised in the just concluded poll to enhance their performance in future elections.
