A chief magistrate court sitting in Akure , the Ondo state capital has granted bail to four suspects arrested for their alleged involvement in the missing corpse of a baby at the Ondo State Specialist Hospital.
The presiding judge, Victoria Bob Manuel granted the suspects bail and each of them is to produce a surety, a civil servant of grade level 9 and above.

The bail condition is with a fine of five hundred thousand naira each and a landed property.
The case has been adjourned till the 2nd of July, 2019 for further hearing.
