Nicki Minaj Opens Up On ‘Spiritual Warfare’ In Music Industry

Award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj has spoken about what she described as the spiritual realities of the music industry, claiming that powerful figures have worked against her throughout her career.

The rapper made the remarks during an appearance on The Bryce Crawford Podcast, hosted by Evangelist Bryce Crawford.

Reflecting on her journey in the entertainment industry, Minaj said she was unprepared for what she later came to see as a spiritual battle behind the scenes.

“It was constant spiritual warfare. I wish I kind of knew sooner that this music industry was such a spiritual experience because I felt like I brought a knife to a gunfight without having that information,” she said.

The rapper alleged that some influential individuals in the industry view artistes primarily as commercial assets and often target those who refuse to conform to their expectations.

According to her, much of the opposition she encountered stemmed from her unwillingness to play by what she described as unwritten rules imposed by people in positions of power.

During the interview, Minaj was also asked about the existence of the Illuminati, a subject that has long been linked to conspiracy theories surrounding the entertainment industry.

While she stopped short of confirming such claims, the rapper said she believes certain individuals deliberately made her career more difficult.

“My situation, I feel like it’s very personal. I feel that there definitely is a group of people who have made things very difficult for me, but I don’t know if they’re Illuminati.

“I don’t know what they are, I always look at it like it was a personal issue that one person didn’t really like me and they happen to be in a powerful position and they were able to use their influence to make people go against me because they couldn’t get certain money with me and they wanted the money not to come to me.

“I never looked at it as if it was like an entire secret society against me but who knows, you know? It could be, but it definitely has been spiritual,” she pointed out.

Although Minaj said she views the conflict largely as a personal matter involving influential industry figures, she maintained that the challenges she faced carried a strong spiritual dimension.

Minaj is regarded as one of the most successful female rappers in music history, with multiple platinum-selling projects and a career spanning nearly two decades.
