Image result for Dialysis machinesA Katsina-based humanitarian organisation has raised two million and fifty thousand naira for the repair of two broken down dialysis machines at the Katsina General hospital.

Despite the fact that dialysis treatment is free in the Katsina dialysis center, there have been increasing demands for these services.

It had resulted in the breakdown of two dialysis machines with government unable to quickly attend to their repairs due to overwhelming demands from other quarters

It is why this foundation’s drive to raise funds to put the machines in order, comes as a relief not only to government, but to patients who have been on the receiving end of delayed services.

The ministry of health welcomes the donation ensuring saying that the repairs of two dialysis machine will be carried immediately for
the benefit of the people.
