The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the Ondo governorship election, Eyitayo Jegede has accused INEC of deploying faulty card readers to his strongholds.
Jegede raised this alarm shortly after casting ballot at Ward 2, Unit 9, Gbogi/Isinkan 1 in Akure.

The former Commissioner of Justice described the development as a ploy by the INEC to disenfranchise his teeming supporters who are all out o exercise their civic responsibility.
He called on the commission to quickly address his complaints in order to prevent thousands of his supporters from being disenfranchised.
