The campaign against Amnesty International Nigeria’s 2017 report took yet another twist with protesters taking to the streets of Abuja to demand that the international human rights organisation leave the country.
Demonstrators marched from the unity fountain to Amnesty’s Office to register their displeasure over the organisation’s activities.

They called on the Federal government to quickly act against what they say is the misrepresentation of Nigeria as a country without regard for human rights.
