U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, John Kelly has announced the opening of an office dedicated to helping the victims of crimes committed by undocumented immigrants.
In January, President Trump issued an executive order aimed at speeding up deportations and holding migrants in detention until their cases can be heard.
