The People’s Democratic Party and its presidential candidate have suffered a setback, in their bid to have access to one of the most controversial political items this year… INEC server.
The Presidential Election Election Petition Tribunal rejected the request, in a unanimous ruling.
The panel upheld the separation objections by the three respondents to the petitioners’ application, that is INEC, President Muhammadu Buhari, and the governing All Progressives Congress.
The server has been the object of controversy, after of the PDP claimed it was used during the general election but INEC denied using a server during the vote.
