This is one lesson that participants of course 25 of the national defence college will take with them from the lecture presented by the APC national leader Senator Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

While commending the military on its achievements over the years especially in the area of tackling insurgency, he expresses hope that the institution will carry on its legacy of providing protection for the Nigerian population in the face of changing dynamics of this chaotic world.

Asiwaju Tinubu stresses the need for all leaders to be strategic by planning out specific processes which will in turn help to balance a changing system

He says so far Nigerian leaders have been short sighted and narrow minded, but with excellent strategic and political leadership based on good vision, things could change.

Tinubu urges handlers of the nation’s economy to come up with improved strategies in order to bring the nation out of recession.

The APC national leader is optimistic that progress can be made in the Nigerian nation but there is still a long way to go.
