Activities at the Investments and Securities Tribunal were grounded on Monday as workers began an Indefinite protest.
But while they were demanding the immediate sack of the Tribunal’s Chairman, Idoko Akoh, a group calling itself the Empowerment for the
Unemployed Youth Initiative, staged a counter protest in support of Mr Akoh.
It took the intervention of armed policemen on standby to prevent a confrontation between both groups.
