The Academic Staff Union of Research Institutions, ASURI, has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to sign the National Research and innovation Council Bill into law before leaving office on 29th May.
ASURI brought this campaign to this year’s May Day Celebration carrying placards bearing its messages.
This is as workers in Nigeria say they will continue to keep hope of a better country alive as they mark the 2023 International Day of Workers.
