President Muhammadu Buhari has met with security chiefs in Abuja . The meeting which lasted for over three hours ended with the assurance that the armed forces will work harder to secure the country and Nigerians and that their strategy is working.
The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, said the meeting focused on ways to better secure the country, saying the current strategy adopted by the armed forces is working.
The meeting had in attendance the Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin; and the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai.
Others are Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas; as well as the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
