The two leading labour centres in Nigeria are set to address a joint press conference on fuel subsidy removal.
The Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress have been in talks with the central authorities following the removal of subsidy on petrol on May 29.
NLC had embarled on a two-day warning strike with a 21-working day ultimatum for the government to engage it in concrete and meaningful dialogue in the interest of the suffering masses.
The ultimatum expired last Friday and the Congress is set to let the public and members into its next line of action.
But while the NLC issued a deadline, the TUC insisted it was not time for such an action.
