This is because former Super Eagles striker, Victor Ikpeba is championing a programme to help fans generate money for themselves and the development of a community project by engaging in a contest.
Although Nigeria is regarded as a football crazy nation with millions of fans passionately following the clubs of their choice, very often the fans support foreign teams with no direct benefit.
