The Nigeria Police Force has declared a 38-year-old man, Okoro Prince Nkemakolam, wanted in connection with allegations of criminal conspiracy, assault, threat to life, and attempted murder, following a complaint filed by his victim.

A statement posted on the Forces’ official X handle on Thursday stated that the suspect is wanted by the office of the Assistant Inspector General of police, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

According to the statement, the suspect is a 38-year-old man of Igbo origin, with last known address as Benin/Abakaliki, Onicha Local Government Area, Umubo Community/Village.

The statement reads, “Wanted by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Nigeria Police Force (Interpol), National Central Bureau (NCB), Force Headquarters, Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja.

“The above-named person is hereby declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force. A warrant of arrest was issued against him by the High Court of Abuja.

“He is wanted for the offence of Criminal Conspiracy, Assault, Threat to Life, Criminal Breach of Trust and Attempted Murder by attacking the complainant with a machete and knife to the extent that he was admitted and stitched all over his head and his body, escaping death by the whiskers.

“He is aged 38, Igbo by tribe, of medium height, medium build, square-faced, small mouth, thick lips, good dentition, black eyes, copper in complexion, round chin, black hair and dresses in .western and traditional. His last known address is Benin/Abakaliki, Onicha Local Government Area, Umubo Community/Village.”

The police urge the members of the public to report to the nearest police station upon sighting him.

“If seen, arrest and hand over to the nearest Police Station or to the Office of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Nigeria Police Force, Interpol, Head, National Central Bureau (NCB) Abuja, The Nigeria Police Force, Force Headquarters Complex, Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja or call 08062212915I,” the statement concluded.

TVC previously reported that the Nigeria Police Force has declared a lawyer, Barrister Emmanuel Chinyere Orji, practising in Imo State, wanted over allegations of Fraud, obtaining money under a false pretence, conversion of funds and forgery.

A statement shared on its official X handle stated that the office of the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Force Criminal Investigation Department, Force Headquarters, in Abuja, disclosed that his last business address is Unique Tress Law Firm, 7 Yar’Adua Drive, Owerri, Imo State.
