Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari has presented a one hundred and forty billion naira budget proposal for 2017 to the state house of assembly.
Twenty three billion naira has been budgeted for social services, thirty two billion for regional development, four billion for administration and five billion for the judiciary.
