Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufa’i has said he nothing to do with the arrest and detention of Adara leaders in the state.
The governor said their arrest was the decision of the Police over their perceived roles in the Kajuru unrest.
Fielding questions from newsmen Wednesday afternoon, Chairman of the state’s Peace Commission, Most Reverend Josiah Idowu-Fearon said he had engaged the governor on Tuesday night when he told him so.

Newsmen also asked why there weren’t any arrest of Fulani leaders by the Police.
To this, Bishop Fearon said the governor told him there haven’t been accusing fingers pointed at any.
