The high court in Kaduna state has adjourned hearing in Ibrahim El Zakzaky’s suit, seeking permission to travel to India for medical attention, until the 29th of July.
There was tension in the state capital prior to resumption of the hearing in the suit by leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria.

And all roads leading to the court were blocked, with security personnel on high alert.

Monday’s resumption will be for the defence to argue against the request
