A Senior Officer of the Nigerian Customs Service has slumped and died during a public hearing at the House of Representatives in Abuja.
The Officer who was a part of the Nigerian Customs Service’s delegation to the public hearing of the House of Representatives in Abuja, slumped.
He died after attempts aimed at resuscitating him failed.

Meanwhile, The Public Accounts Committee of the House of Representatives says it is suspending all legislative activities for the week.
The Chairman of the Committee, Bamidele Salam, says the suspension is to mourn the death of the Deputy Comptroller General, Finance, Administration and Technical Service of the Nigeria Customs Service, Mr. Essien Andrew.
