The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt has ordered a stay of execution has been granted on the Judgment delivered by Justice Jane Inyang of the federal high court, Yenagoa division nullifying the primary election of the APC which was conducted on the 4th of September.
This latest decision paves the way for the APC to be in clear standing to participate in tomorrows governorship election in Bayelsa state .
The Court made an order Compelling the Independent National Electoral Commission to maintain status quo pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice for interlocutory application.
