Image result for Ambode gets permission to begin reconstruction of MMIA roadActing President Yemi Osinbajo has given the go-ahead to Lagos state government  to reconstruct the road leading to the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, from Oshodi.

And in a press release on Wednesday, the State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode praised Osinbajo for fast-tracking the process.

He described the approval as a 50th birthday gift to the people of Lagos.

The federal road is one of the major ones leading to Nigeria’s busiest international airport, with a passenger traffic of more than 7 million people annually.
