An Islamic Organisation has identified Zakat as a way of helping not only the poor but also small-scale business owners in Nigeria hence the need to encourage Muslim faithful to continue obeying such injunctions.
Speaking with TVC News in Abuja, the faith-based organization sais the obligatory Zakat imposed by Islam can easily solve the problems of poverty and starvation in the world.
They enjoined Muslims to emulate the act of giving to especially underprivileged people who need urgent economic support.
