One person has been reported dead while about 4 others are seriously wounded as a result of violence which erupted in the PDP primaries in Isialangwa North Local Government area of Abia state.
Parading 4 suspects in his office who were alleged to be responsible for the burning of the party office in the affected Local Government during the party’s congress, the commissioner of Police Leye Oyebade confirmed that 1 person died while 4 others sustained injuries from the violence that erupted.

He said that the suspects will be charged to court for Arson.
