Barely twenty-four hours to the nationwide planned protest, the rapid response squad and Lagos state Taskforce are on a joint visibility patrol across the State.
Leading their men on the second show of force are
Rapid response squad Commander of CSP Shola Jejeloye and
Lagos State Environmental Sanitation and Special Offences Unit
Chairman, CSP Adetayo Akerele.
According to the two, the morning joint visibility patrol and drilling of its personnel is in readiness for any emergencies that may occur in the State.
The teams are currently patrolling Ikeja, Old Toll Gate, Oshodi, Ojota, Iyana Oworo, Third Mainland Bridge, VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Lagos Island, Apongbon.
The patrol is also expected to extend to other parts of the state.
