Popular Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh, is dead.
Confirming the story to TVC NEWS, President of the actors guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, said she died in a hospital in Delta state on Sunday, July 17.
Ada Ameh was aged 48 years.
She was claimed to be a guest of an oil company’s top shot and his family when she collapsed unexpectedly during a gathering.
Ada was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead.
The Nollywood actress lost her only child in October 2020 and in June 2022, she mentioned that she was battling a mental illness.
Ameh, who played the role of Anita in the movie ‘Domitilla’ in 1996, is famous for her comic characters, especially in the series, The Johnsons.
