The Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, says it is challenging the result of the just concluded legislative rerun election in Rivers state.
In its formal reaction to last Saturday’s election, the party, through the Chairman, Caretaker Committee, Ahmed Makarfi?, accused the electoral umpire and the police force of manipulating the poll in favour of the ruling APC.

He says the party is confident of winning all the seats if the ruling party had not rigged the election.
