Following an Executive directive from the state governor to the legislature, Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Michael Adeyemo has read the names of 28 candidates as Caretaker Council Leaders and 29 Local Council Development Chairmen before the house.
This development is coming despite a rash of protests over the exercise.
