Osun state governor, Gboyega Oyetola has promised to sustain full payment of salaries and pension to workers before the end of every month. The Governor stated this when he led members of his cabinet and party faithful on health walk round Osogbo, the state capital.
Rafiu Hammed reports that health walk started from the Government House Oke-fia, through Ola-Iya, Isale Osun, Sabo, Igbona and terminated at the Nelson Mandela freedom Park.
They were joined by hundreds of hunters who had also come form different parts of the state to celebrate one year in Office of Governor Gboyega
Oyetola.
The Governor is elated with turnout of the people and the feedback he received on his style of governance. He re-assured civil servants of their pay before the end of every month.
Close to a thousand people also benefited from free surgeries sponsored by the state Government. The Surgeries are to be done once in every three months in the state.
