The newly elected chairmen of the twenty local government and thirty seven Local Council Development Areas of Ogun state have been inaugurated by the state Chief Judge, Justice Olatokunbo Olopade.
The event which was held at the June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta paraded notable personalities across the state including the state Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun.
While advising the newly sworn in chairmen to replicate the style of his administration at the grassroots, Governor Amosun noted that the state government will give the newly created LCDAs the necessary supports to excel.
He urged them not to use their new positions to score political points and they should hit the ground running.
