Voting has commenced in most polling units across the states and officials of the independent national electoral commission resumed as early as Eight AM in some of the polling units.
In Kano State, residents of Gama town in Nasarawa local govt area, are complaining about the presence of armed thugs, inspite of the heavy security there.
Most voters were intimidated away from the polling units by unknown thugs.
