The House Of Representatives member from Kaduna State representing Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Ekene Abubakar Adams, is dead.
He had been battling a protracted illness for several months, which ultimately led to his death.
Hon. Ekene, aged 39, was serving his first term in the 10th Assembly under the Labour Party’s platform.
In addition to his legislative duties, he was the Chairman of the House Committee on Sports.
