Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir on Friday stormed the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention Venue, Eagle Square with thousands of Supporters to witness the 8th convention of the party.

The APC conducted its National Convention in preparation for 2027 the general elections, setting the ball rolling to victory.

This was contained in a press release issued by Mustapha Muhammad, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kano State on Saturday.

Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, described the event as peaceful and pointer that APC is the biggest party in Africa and on the road to victory in 2027.

All political gladiators in Kano who are members of the party were in attendance, signaling a unity in the party at the most populous state in the northwestern part of the country.

The Governor thanked all the party stalwarts and members who came all the way to attend the event.

The Convention went well and consensus were reached that saw Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, duly elected as the National Chairman of the great party and all others who made it at the convention.

Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, prayed for all participants from all 36 states of the federation safer return to their respective states.

The outcome of the convention evidently showed that APC is battle ready for the general elections around the corner.
