Funke Akindele has recorded another major box office success as her latest film, Behind The Scenes, crossed the N2.4 billion mark in cinema earnings.
The movie, which stars and is produced by the popular filmmaker and actress, has now emerged as both the highest-grossing film of the year and the top earner for the weekend, according to figures released by its distributor, Filmone.

Announcing the milestone, Filmone attributed the film’s strong performance to overwhelming audience support and sustained interest from moviegoers across the country.
