The Kaduna state government through its ministry of justice has graduated prison inmates from an empowerment scheme.
The move is to enhance their reintegration into the society when out of prison.
The inmates were full of joy and thanked the government for the gesture.

They also want Governor El-Rufai to pardon as many as possible, so they can leave the prison walls.
