A Federal High Court Abuja, has ordered the Department of State Security to allow leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu change his clothes.
The court also directed the DSS that maximum possible comfort within the detect of the service should be granted to the accused as well as adequate medical attention.
