The court of appeal, Lagos division has dismissed the appeal of Rivers State APC governorship candidate, Tonye Cole, against the election victory of the PDP’s Siminalayi Fubara.
The appellate court resolved the first issue in Mr Cole’s appeal in his favour. Issues 2-6 were resolved against him.
