AI plays a crucial role in modern military operations. It is applied in Autonomous Weapons and Weapons Targeting, Surveillance, Cyber Security and Autonomous Vehicles.
In applying AI, the military authorities are also considering the downsides.
The Nigerian armed forces understand that AI presents more benefits to its operations but cannot replace Human Intelligence.
