NFF Vice President Seyi Akinwunmi has praised the super falcons after their emphatic 6-0 win against Mali in the team’s opening match of the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.
England-based forward Asisat Oshoala scored four goals as Nigeria swept past Mali 6-0 to get off their Cup of Nations title defence on a flying start.
The Falcons will next face a stronger side in Ghana’s Black Queens on Wednesday.
