The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has warned the Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike to stop making comments capable of instigating violence.
This is ahead the December the 10th legislative rerun elections.
INEC, in a statement signed by the Spokesperson to the commission’s chairman, Rotimi Oyekanmi, he assured that it will remain impartial and committed to conducting credible, fair and transparent elections.

The electoral umpire stated that the recent Edo and Ondo governorship elections could be replicated if all stakeholders play by the rules.
