The Independent National Electoral Commission has identified five local council areas in Borno State where its officials would have challenges accessing as it begins the registration of voters.
Chairman of the electoral body during a visit to the chief of air staff noted that the security challenges in the northeast makes it difficult to get its officials and material into areas such as Damboa, Chibok, Gwoza, Bama and Kala Balge.
On his part, the air chief assured of support in airlifting the electoral body officials and materials into the areas of concern.
