The Nigerian Senate has postponed the laying of the report on the 2017 Appropriation Bill till next Tuesday.
The Committees on Appropriations in the Senate and House of Representatives had planned to present their reports today, while the presentation was listed on the Order Paper for plenary.
But the Senate Majority Leader, Senator Ahmad Lawan, announced that both chambers of the National Assembly were still harmonizing their versions of the report.
He assured that the 2017 Budget will be laid on Tuesday.
