Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has again accused the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC of conniving with the All Progressives Congress, APC to rig the forthcoming rerun legislative elections in the State.
This renewed attack on INEC comes on the heels of the alleged discovery of a printing press, where fake result sheets were being printed.
