[PHOTOS] Gov Lalong pardons four inmates to mark Nigeria’s 61st anniversary

Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong, has granted pardon to four inmates as part of the activities marking Nigeria’s 61st Independence anniversary.

The governor announced this during his independence anniversary speech.
