Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has exercised his franchise. at Ward E, polling unit 019, in Agege Local Government area.
While speaking to journalists, Obasa described the exercise as peaceful but expressed dissatisfaction about low turnout of voters in the area.
