A witness for the Federal Government in the trial of the acclaimed leader of the Proscribed Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has told the court of how the Eastern Security Network was set up.
The witness who played a video of the Live broadcast to the Court said Nnamdi Kanu as seen in the Video announced the creation of the Eastern Security Network in December 2020.
The video and audio also included sections where the speaker identified as the proscribed IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, was declaring the creation of another country aside Nigeria.
The defendant however objected to the Video and audio being certified but said his reasons for objecting will be made known later.
The defence counsel will cross examine the witness on Thursday.
