The Deputy inspector General of Police in charge of south-south election, Taiwo Lakanu, has assured Delta State residents of their safety during and after the elections.
Addressing newsmen at the state force headquarters, the DIG said his men are ready for the security of lives and properties
He added that his men will exhibit the highest level of professionalism and will remain non partisan during the conduct of the polls.
