The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria is unhappy with what it described as the “overbearing posture” of the Nigerian Medical Association.
It said it could lead to industrial crisis in the country’s healthcare sector, if unchecked.
The laboratory scientists are also calling on the national assembly not to amend the law that established its regulatory council which they say has helped maintain the standard of laboratory practice.
