The freed Abducted Students of GGSS Maga of Danko in Wasagu Local Government area of Kebbi State , have arrived the Kebbi state government House where their parents are present to recieve them after the Official handover by the State Government.
While waiting for the arrival of the Kebbi State Governor , the wife of Kebbi State Governor, Zainab Nasir, has arrived first to welcome the Students and have an interactive section with them.
The Students were abducted fropm their dormitory in Danko Monday 17th November by unknown gunmen who were later identfied as Bandits/Terrorists operating in the Northwest of the country straddling Kebbi, Zamfara and Others.
The Bandits/Terrorists are also known to move seamlessly between Kebbi and Niger States.
25 Stduents were originally taken from the School with one of the original abductees escaping from captivity leaving 24.
The 24 are now expected to be handed over to their parents by Governor Nasir Idris who received them from the Military following rescue through non kinetic method.
